| 1 | Framesets created in this directory represent a group.

| 2 | - The name of the frameset is the name of the group.

| 3 | - The first frame in the frameset must contain:

| 4 | - An annotation of the format "@Owner: <username>" to specify the owner of the group.

| 5 | - This annotation will have its permission set to 400 (full:none:none)

| 6 | - An annotation of the format "@Members: <username>, <username>, <username>, ..." to list of the members of the group.

| 7 | - Each frame in the frameset will receive default permissions of 400 (full:none:none)

| 8 | - If the owner wishes to delegate/share the job of of adding members, update the frames permissions and circumstantially specify the group property on the first frame. |
